Finally! iTunes Mixes Available Here
October 11, 2007One of my reasons for starting this blog was that my friends ask me questions about classic country music all the time. Usually they just want to know who sang a song, or want some recommendations for songs from an artists. I have a pretty nice classic country music collection, and they used to ask for mix CDs all the time too. I was pretty happy to obliged, but now that more and more of them have an iPod they’ve been asking for lists to download from iTunes. For instance, someone asked just the other day for the playlist of my favorite Texas songs.
Finally, I figured out how to do that through iTunes and make them available. Now you can go straight to iTunes and download the whole thing. Any time you see the logo to the left you’ll know that it is a link to the exact song or playlist I’m talking about on the post in iTunes. I’ll find all the good stuff for you and post it here. Pretty cool!!!
Look for more mix CD ideas coming soon. I’m going to try to keep the playlists short enough that you can download the whole thing and burn it on to one CD.
