Bellamy Brothers — Let Your Love Flow

I was listening to the Bellamy’s Greatest Hits (vol 1) today and this song came on. I don’t remember exactly when it came out, but I’d guess it was probably one of their biggest hits. I remember it was also featured in the movie “Little Darlings” with Kristy McNichol and Tatum O’Neal. It’s funny the things you remember.

I have Bellamy Brothers Greatest Hits Volumes I, II, and III and would highly recommend them all. It is crazy that every song on these albums really was a hit. I didn’t realize how many hit songs they had until I saw them in concert. I guess it was around 1989 or 1990…they played at an Earth Day festival in downtown Nashville. I knew the words to every single song, and they played for a long time. I had a similar situation seeing Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at Alabama’s June Jam and at a John Mellencamp concert. You don’t realize how many great songs they have until they are in front of you playing them all.
